At House of Magool, we take great care in providing detailed size guidance to help customers select the correct size before placing an order. Please review our size guide carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused.

• In its original condition.

• Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, smoke, or any other signs of wear.

• Returned with all original tags attached.

• Returned in its original packaging where possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international returns.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged. House of Magool cannot accept responsibility for damage occurring during return transit due to insufficient or improper packaging.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as House of Magool is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

If an item is returned with signs of wear, damage, missing tags, stains, perfume, makeup, alterations, or any condition that prevents it from being resold as new, House of Magool reserves the right to refuse the return and send the item back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds apply only to the returned item(s). Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

How to Start a Return

Return instructions and the return address will be provided by email.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Exchanges

House of Magol does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please return your item (subject to these conditions) and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@houseofmagool.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
